What a great game. Cross off the ones you like ...who ever has the most left in their side loses your vote. 10 points for each cross off. A score card.. add extra facts. Fun party game.. send it to the board game people. Or for school kids to learn political facts. My imagination had gone craxy! lol.

- because, yes, you can't just fire the 40 extra percent of federal civil servants Trudeau added to the burden of our swollen administrative costs, and you can't be the party in power unless you can trick enough of the electorate into ignoring Liberal MPs' complicity at large in Trudeau's disastrous ten years.
The debate impressed me actually. Not because of those mythical "defining moments" but because of the clear intelligence and generally civil discourse of all four men up there.
Now before anyone gets steamed and says "Dave what the hell are you talking about, (this guy) or (that guy) was terrible", please consider my standard of reference. I watched all three trump-clinton debates. I watched the trump-Biden debate in 2020. I watched the trump-Harris debate last fall. Yes Virginia there really is a Santa Claus AND a reasonably intelligent political debate IS possible.
Unfortunately, much like Santa Claus,most of it is an act of theatre, with Mr Carney being the pitch "spend like Santa and save like Scrooge" while his three opponents being akin to the actual spirit of Christmas: worthwhile but unlikely to prevail when there's a big Boxing Day midnight sale beckoning.
